Because the rope is made of clear, heat resistant PVC tubing with brilliant green LEDs inside, it virtually disappears from plain view when turned off. Use the molded plug (included) to power the entire spool, or cut the rope into shorter sections for creative applications (cutting this rope light voids UL listing). Because of a newly developed UV inhibitor, you can even install this product outdoors without worry.
